Is this the part you’re looking for?I am thinking of replacing mine as well, but until now I couldn't find the upper plastic trim replacement. My upper plastic trim that holding window weatherstrip is broken badly in many places, some broken pieces even missing already. Anyone know where I can find one? I want to keep it original look.

So I’m pretty sure the replacement door cards they sell are the same material as the stock ones. You swap all your leather and plastic over. Or you can buy the ABS ones which only get the old plastic parts swapped over. No issues with bending, breaking, or rotting. And they have a different style push pin to hold them to the door. Will the new cards from the Au seller just rot and bend like the OEM ones?
Is is possible to swap all the leather and plastic over from the stock ones to a ABS one?So I’m pretty sure the replacement door cards they sell are the same material as the stock ones. I think the abs is a tad thicker than the stock cards. And they use a different type of fastener. One that goes in from the front vs the slide from the rear like the stock panels. So if you swapped the leather you would be covering the holes all together. Is is possible to swap all the leather and plastic over from the stock ones to a ABS one?
You might be able to have them special make a set with the factory panel pattern.I think the abs is a tad thicker than the stock cards. And they use a different type of fastener. Did you ever find replacement solution for the upper plastic trim? I have 1997 fj80 same problem. Took doors apart to repair door actuators and window motors and the plastic just fell apart When installing new window felts.I am thinking of replacing mine as well, but until now I couldn't find the upper plastic trim replacement. Yes the circled part/areaFor the Australian door cards and not swap over the US top rollover top trim piece that holds the inner weather stripping I have these part numbers. I think most of these are NLA, also my research could be inaccurate since I haven't ordered or installed them.
