A clunking/squeaking noise from the rear

I have a 2000 LX470 with stock suspension with AHC. I took it out on a trail around SLC, Utah, and when I went up a decent incline (nothing too aggressive), there has been a clunking noise coming from the rear since, but only when driving on uneven roads and mainly when turning. Could I get some help with potentially diagnosing this issue?

I'm including a link to a recording of the noise. Please help if you can.

Get under it and look around, pushing & pulling. Start with spare tire PSI and crank it up tight.

It was the rear swap bar links. The top washer must have completely rusted out. Problem solved
