Anyone help? My truck will not heat up at all no matter how long I leave it running or how far I drive it the needle only barely gets off cold and won't blow warm air.

I'd check the coolant temp sensor circut as well... The needles have been known IME to stay at C sometimes...but doesn't explain the"no heat".

do you hear a water sloshing sound after starting the car coming from the dash when the fan air is set to hot? wont do it if its in the blue (at least mine) but once i flip it to the red its like theres a fish tank in there. goes away after a few min of driving but i have weak heat coming through. on my list of crap to fix. thought yours might have this issue as well and lead to a helpful diagnosis

Are you talking about the engine not getting warm, or the heater not getting warm? We need more details.

I'm wondering about the coolant level in the engine? Sounds low to me. Plugged heater core is also a possibility.

For a plugged heater cor it may be possible to back flush it.
