Dash all back together, horn actually works as designed now. The two lights just above the steering wheel at 10 o clock are added for high beam and E-brake

Heather made matching shift boots. One on the left is a twin stick, can't find them anywhere else.

We need some video clips of testing to include 4 wheel burnouts :grinpimp:

Sam, I do not own this truck. That and it is an auto as well. I'll leave the burnout vids to the owner. :)

Can you at least take videos of the engine revving?

I think you need to tell your customer(s) all builds will go through a Grapevine/Lower Rock Garden/Pony Hill/Mason Jar shakedown run ;)

well, I was hoping that the wheel cylinder had not been leaking long and this would be a quick job of just swapping it out. No such luck. It had been leaking a while, between fluid, dirt and break dust there was a paste all over everything. Just needed a little love.

All should be dry by now and the new shoes and hardware kits should be waiting at the parts store for me. One main spring was broken.

I will be taking videos after initial start up, don't expect much as I still think my smart phone is for, oh I don't know, phone calls :)

I'll let you tell them that shake down routine Ramon. I still have to build out the shop's 80 that is a complete rebuild before I'll actually build an 80 trail rig for myself.

Sending unit from Autometer that matches fuel gauge. Trying to get the stock unit to work is not worth the time.

All purdy again, new cylinder, shoes, hardware and springs. Complete brake system was flushed and bled. Some seriously nasty old fluid in there and one bleeder was rusted to the point it would not work.

Got it started today and a little road time. No fluids leaking anywhere, brakes need a little adjustment still. Still have to put the new plugs in and for some reason the Tach is not working. Happy overall :) Looking forward to some interstate time.

Is this one yours or a customers? Prob. a dumb question. I am drooling over the chassis work. It was a dumb question. I read back in the post.

New question. What suspension setup is that?

Will this one also work on the stock gauge?

It is an OME lift kit, springs and shocks, guessing 2.5 inch lift or so. No idea if the sending unit will work with the stock gauge, I somehow doubt it but have no facts.
