Rebuilding and repainting fj60 aisin hubs. Will be installing them on the 40.
Had to use early fj80 birfs because 95-97 have longer shafts and aisin hub won’t be fully seated .
Because the tcase is Awd I will have to Lakers the center lock on all the time

The 40 sits little too low . Decided to make my own coil spacer. 2inch
Used 1/4 inch plate for top and bottom and 1.5 inch flat stock in the middle

Got some new shocks . Not a direct replacement but the ride is much better. These r pro comp 11 inch travel. Much softer than stock. Perfect for the lighter 40 body.
