Been there done that, it was actually a very fun part of my project. I used three tops to make one, but my drip edge was junk. Luckily the front and back were ok. I used some tube we split with a jigsaw to make new heavy drip edge. That part wasn’t fun.
Is your shop cold? Might want to watch the temps when it comes to fiberglassing. Of course, you could easily know more about it than I do.Build a frame out if wood to keep the gutter rail in shape while im splicing the fiberglass.
