Have you dated the frame by VIN? The crossmember that's behind the transfer case looks like from a 73 model. Makes it easy to install a four speed. That's a advantage over a 72 and earlier.

The VIN is on right front side. Just back from riveted bracket. If you go to the 45 section the sticky for the long wheel base has a link to SOR's chart in the first post.

Agreed. That rear crossmember is a lot different than the 70 frame I just scrapped.
