60 Carb back together. Notice the correct secondary diaphragm box in the background. The one that comes with the Hygrade kit is too long

Tread lightly, friend. You are dabbling in dark magic.

There is a reason carbs are generally just replaced or sent to the one who shares the same initials as the son of god himself.

I know that dude. He's with Motown, We used to play in front of the department store, we made a lot of dough. Oh you meant the other dude. Jim C. I just spend a lot of dough with him.

You might be ok then. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

On Donner! On Blitzen! on Chewy! On Tavo! Come on, Becto!

He’s either high on screenprinting fumes or a really sexy chair just walked by :grinpimp:

There goes selling you mine.

After I got that done. Took me about 5 hours.....I dove into something I’ve been putting off since last summer.

The parking brake on my 60 has been frozen. Did some Mud searching and figured out my bell crank was frozen.

I bought some new ones and jumped into I. Turns out there is nothing wrong with the bell crank itself. No way for there to be its the aluminum piece it passes through was corroded closed and no amount of external work would free it up so I tore it down and cleaned it with wire wheel. Packed it full of grease and put it all back together. One side took me about an hour because I was flying blind. I’ll be able to knock the other side out tomorrow in 1/2 that time

I’ve read a lot about bell cranks freezing up, I’ve never experienced it but anymore I try to lube em now and then . Nolen your 60 is looking great.

Thanks Dave. I’ve had a great time with it and still have a few things I want to do to it. I never ever say a Cruiser is done....

“Done” is impossible.

There are only levels of done-ness.
