Anyone try this before? I have a good front bumper that could replace the rotting rear bumper, if it fits up fine. No doubt it could be made to work, right?

why not, I put a rear 62 bumper on the front of my 62. can't tell which way I'm going now...issue is the bumper is going to be fatter than the mounts, so it'll hang lower or stick up higher, and you'll have to put a stack of washers in, as well, you'll need to drill some holes. but it will work.
