Hey, i have not forgotten about you and the template. Measurements will be welcomed. I made a hard mold. im gonna transfer yours to mine. Then cut the 1st wheel this week? If all goes well. Im capt of a 310ft ship. I travel alot. I get off the vessel tomorrow! then

I have a tank loose as well if you need the dimensions or anything (besides a tank).

When you finish the project you need to get a pic of the boat and the 25 together. They are about as polar opposite in tech as you can get.

I wasn't able to make it to my container today. We got hit with a big snow storm the past few days, my container has 6' of snow in front of it, i should be finished removing the rest of the snow tomorrow.

My rear cross member was toast. i ordered a new one from BTB. Great product but did not have the correct look. I cut out the notched part on the original. Turned out well.

Removed the rear frame gussets. PO cut them down the outside frame. found a ton of rust under them. BTB new gussets will need some tweaking but will work out nice.

25 wheel clone. Very hard to keep the plasma cutter straight. Not bad for a 1st shot. Gonna try to make a template/guide.

More progress today. Got the springs from Phil. Sandblasted and painted them. Cleaned up the axles and painted them. dupont black.
