Those look very nice, but would likely need a hell of a spacer. Looks like 4"+ backspacing.

It is amazing how one additional spoke can change a look!

Tacoma 5-spoke - not bad?
LC 62/70 6-spoke - sweet
4-Runner 7-spoke (or is it 8?) - not quite right

Any IFS or 80 wheel you will need between 1 to 1.5 spacer depending on tire width.

IFS wheels are 4.5 to 4.75 BS depending on wheels

I wouldn't come here with these questions if I didn't value your advice, so at least over the short term I'll be sticking with the chrome wheels. I kinda have a sentimental attachment to them, since they came off my old FJ62.

That could be a long wait. I talked to some guy at BFG corporate a couple of years ago about 33x950's. He said production had been indefinitely suspended due to lack of demand, and he didn't foresee another run in that size.

I like the 33x10.50 AT/KO on stock width wheels.


And I like the KM2's as well. A little width is nice on the stock wheels.

Landpimp's JD green 40 is one of the nicest in the country..,chrome package and all. I agree...keep the 62 wheels.

How is that "yikes" ? An ARB is $850 PLUS you need a pro to install it ($250) PLUS you need an air source ($150)

$300 not so bad....
