Got to put together most of a dual swing 60 rear base today. Very happy with the fit and lines.

I will get to the 40 and 70 rear in the next few days as well.

Here are a couple pics.

This last picture, is that what the finished product looks like when finished out? Of course minus the swing out arms. I like the looks of the new end pieces that you did on Kurt's new bumper. Can the end pieces like his be added?

Ryan,

Yes, Kurt got the first full built "kit" by me. Those ends are included in the kit.

My non-winch 60 shells are delayed. The cnc operator/programmer's wife had a baby and all production has stopped. He should be back in next week to start back up on orders.

I was surprised that only one guy can run the table in my buddies huge shop (owners cousin). But, with the oil/gas industry in the tank... he has a small skeleton crew only for the time being.

I'll keep everyone posted on these bumpers.

Kurt be pimpin' out west now, that is gorgeous! Do you stitch weld when doing the receiver?

It's getting powder-coated shortly. Can't wait to see it installed :D

I can't either and that Central America trip you took with overland is EPIC to watch.

Really digging your new style tube jerry can baskets! Do you think it would be possible to do that for a single can turned side ways?

Jason, how hard would it be to add quarter protection to your DIY kit? I am thinking of adding some once I order and receive the kit.

R, just weld 4" & 2" strap together to make the older style ones you see in the threads. I was thinking of having some pieces pre-cut and bent. Just haven't had time to get to it yet.

See that your back, any chance of getting a diy kit for a 60 done?
