Jason, here are a few of my bumper so far. Just a few questions. First picture, What angle do you bend the bumper wings to? Second picture, what angle is the spindle shaft cut to? Do you put it in place and mark with the bottom edge of wing end? I tacked the wings flush with the top and back edge. Also along with the front edge. The very bottom does not come all the way even with bottom edge of main shell. Is this supposed to be like that?

Thanks J. Do you have any pictures off this stage of the fit up? Also of the piece your calling a stiffner and then the bottom piece tacked in.

R,

the "stiffner", goes from the frame bracket over to the bumper end (not all the way to the end of the bumper)approx. 3" end from the front to the face of the bumper. The bottom cap will guide you as to where the stiffner need to be positioned.

Give me a few and I'll mock up a pic.

Beer thirty and need to break free from Andrea for 5 minutes..

Thanks J, that's perfect. I'll let you know how it goes and if I need anymore pictures.

J, need a little help. First picture, what are these for? Second picture, does the slot go on top and I guess the angle is up like the picture? Can you give me some measurements of where the upright for the tire carrier welds to swing out and also where the ladder welds up?
