Man, I'd love to but Cali isn't to close to Denver. Rubithon is my big trip for the year.

Doug, do you have to remove the tone rings and press them on the RCV's or is there one under the wrap ?
 
Front is inner hub rings on the Aisins that go for me now
I have flanges as spares (assuming it doesn’t take out the splines on the birf stub shaft) and the old axle/birfs as spares. I’m still running 315s and made it about 300,000 miles on the originals before breaking a birf.

I've been fortunate to never break a birf on this one so far. But Longfields went in the week I bought it, and now RCVs. 37s for a while and going to 40s soon I don't expect to have a problem. Gotta keep my fingers crossed though!
 
I had a hell of a time installing the long front axle shaft into the dif on the trail. I just yanked the front dif and found this baffle/guide just hanging out in the bottom of the dif housing. I guess that explains it. Amazingly it’s not chewed up. It might have been stuck to the magnet.
