Posting for a friend. His # is in the add. 3 nice 80s

I’m just putting a link to the add. 99% of people on this forum ask for “frame pics and interior pics” but never end up buying anything. If you need more pics please feel free to text or call him.

I’m in Salem. I’m been watching the cruiser with 269k miles on it for awhile on Craigslist. Would love to get my hands on the triple locked one if only the finances were easier to work out.

Yea He’s had that one on there before. It’s nice. He’s had the front seats redone and few odds and ends on it.

All have unknown mileage, all have unknown condition, all have no pictures. Stating right from the start that there are no check engine lights is code for "I cleared all the codes". It's not often you go look at 3 cruisers for sale and none have a single code. Not even a 401? C'mon. Cool 3 car garage, I'd give $25K for the cruisers if you include the garage and it has a lift. That's the only thing visible so let's start with that.

Yes, people ask for frame and interior pics and many never buy, but it's just a thing that you do. If you're selling a house, you take pictures and tell a story. Same thing for a cruiser. If you want to sell it, make the small time investment of taking pictures and maybe tell a story of them, why selling, history, maintenance, mileage, interior, anything.

Lol thanks for assuming that my friend has cleared all the lights. Please feel free to contact him via the number in the ad. I’m not seeing why that’s so hard.

Also $25k for 3 nice cruisers doesn’t seem like a bad deal. I mean look at the prices on this forum.

How Not To Sell A Car(s) 101

Syllabus to follow.

Lol. If ur interested please contact the number listed in the ad. I can’t keep responding to trolls like you.

Most people know what to look for and what to ask when they buy an 80. Obviously you’ve asked for frame pics before with ZERO cash in hand. Kinda want to avoid that situation.

I can’t stress enough that he will answer texts and phone calls. As well as send pics of whatever you want.

Y’all almost make me feel bad for that cat who came on here and asked $25k for an 80.

Wow, pictures of the arse end of some 80 series Cruisers. Explains a lot. What makes it more interesting, is that the fellow selling them, will not accept e-mails or texts. Does he have any records for these rigs? What we have here is someone who has failed written communication. Does he realize that a picture can paint a thousand words, but these are only a few? I would be willing to jump, but he has no descriptions/pictures to entice me.

Really!?!?!?? He will respond to TEXTS?!?!?!?!?!? Your "friend" says NO TEXTS in the ad!!

The new guy calls us trolls. Lmao. There aren't many things that you can put a price on just by looking at their arse and where they sleep.

Don’t assume that people here have ZERO cash. You’d be wrong. Just because they don’t buy your vehicle doesn’t mean they have ZERO anything.

Some people don't know how to advertise. There is a formula. It's called the AIDA formula.
Currently you would limit interest to only someone who is located in that geographical area. You may sell one.

Lmao

The new guy comes on here. Posts a friends CL ad. Telling everyone who’s SERIOUS to inquire. I’m sorry if he’s old school and would prefer to talk to someone over the phone. A simple phone call asking more information goes along way. I’m not sure what’s so hard about that.

He’s sold 80s and a few 100s in the past. He’s dealt with everyone from guys with no loot to guys who don’t have permission from their wives. It all goes the same way via texts.

1. Ask for frame pics
2. Guy sends frame pics and whatever pics they want.
3. Low ball offer from potential buyer.
4. Seller counters.
5. Potential buyer says he has to run it by his wife and never texts or calls backs.

So if ur not and adult and can’t talk on the phone to someone please don’t come in here and be a troll.

You know... for a "friend"
