That last pic has the holes for a clutch slave mount but it is on th eleft side, something not right there.
Our clutch slaves are designed to work on either side of the BH...
Mine look sorta like this...but it's a 3-speed BH

Not sure how much shorter the 3FE water pump is but I run 3FE water pump and clutch fan.
I had the radiator shop move my radiator forward in the mount brackets to optimize room btwn rad and fan...
Yer sayin fj60 motor w/3f water pump, clutch fan and ? stock radiator??? How do the pulleys line up? 3 or 2 groove crank pulley?- end hijack.
Going for the tape measure...
In case anyone out there is looking to do this swap, I used the stock 2F passenger side mount:

And 3F DS mount slotted 1/4" towards outside:

This effectively centered the engine exactly where a 2F would sit, I was not worried about shifting the motor towards the PS because I've got the short booster on my '76 that allows plenty of room for the Master to clear the intake runners:

Notice this way there is plenty of room for the stock rear hook and fuel hardline to cross the rear of the head:
