Thanks! I could replicate the sunroof panel I made on this, but I will be making a sunroof delete panel soon that bolts into the existing sunroof brackets. This will be offered for sale on my website. I am considering offering it painted to match the factory code too. I have already designed some of it and need to complete it soon.Looks great! Can you make the sunroof delete panel and that sick rear panel again? What are your headliner plans?
Will it weld in? I want to eliminate the entire cassette. And I meant for your tailgate. That turned out nice. Thanks! Rear panel? are you asking about the side vents on the quarters?
I will use the perimeter of the old headliner that is already formed to the roof shape, but I will cut the remaining inside out. Then I am building a full length storage ceiling.
No, it will bolt in and use windshield urethane as a seal. The sunroof unit will be completely replaced by this panel. Also, I am designing a storage unit to go there, so it isn't a hole in the headliner. Will it weld in? I want to eliminate the entire cassette. And I meant for your tailgate. That turned out nice.
I would be interested in the tailgate panel as well. I have been wanting to do this but don't have access to the equipment to make that panel and yours came out really nice. No, it will bolt in and use windshield urethane as a seal. Yes, I can make the tailgate again.

Would you make the panel only so we can cut it in ourselves? I am in Gilbert, so I can bring you mine if I need to.I didn't think people would want or like the tailgate I did. I can make these if the tailgate is shipped to me.

You've piqued my interest. It is rumoured that the "engineer" that designed the sunroof on the 80s went on to design CVTs at Nissan. No, it will bolt in and use windshield urethane as a seal. Yes, fuel pump/sender access. There looks to be a 8 inch or so hole in the floor of the body towards the middle. Could you tell me where that goes? Gas tank fuel pump?
Count me in for a pair of those!I made these vents. I am planning to start making and selling them also. They will have different vent opening options. There is a little welding required to make them. The lower front needs a corner put on but otherwise it's basic. Everything on my 80 has round holes so that is why the vents also do.
