I do like the new look of the LC, but can't stand the new LX. I am just glad we still get a choice of both versions here.
I get what people say, about certain designs that grow on them over time.

I am 100% certain, that new LX design will never grow on me.
The whole Lexus Spindal/hourglass design theme has been around several years now, I still hate it as much today as I did the first time I saw it.

I still really like the 08-11 LC and LX versions the best of the 200s, the 13-15 LC has finally grown on me still not my favorite, but I never hated the 13-15 LC just didn't really ever see it as an improvement to the 11s.

I actually really like what I see on the 2016 LC, I think the taillights are major step back in the right direction, the new nose is nice too. For me the jury is still out on the new LC interior, I can't tell if it looks like they cheapened it some, or what it is. Just not sure about the new dash. But all in all, from what I have seen so far I can see myself owning 16 LC sooner then later if they bring back Super White to the states.

Here is another Article on the new LX.

To me, just my opinion, they lost the look by splitting the headlamps.

It looks like a 'burban or other non-descript chebby now.

Unfortunate what's happening. It's too much a truck to be relegated to such dullness.

Also, what's that bizarre chrome on the lower front bumper -- like a mustache or a smile -- ??

I agree, Toyota seems to have a thing for old west long handle mustaches. The Sequoia and the old tundra also remind of a mustache. I will say I will take the old west mustache look over the alien predator look any day.

That's a nod to Formula One. Lots of manufactures try to use F1 elements but they don't look good on regular cars. I'm looking right at you Ferrari.

IMO the LC looks like a larger version of the limited 4Runner. I am a little disappointed, I wish Toyota would have leaned toward the Tundra versus the 4Runner on the front end styling.

The side and rear aren't bad, but that's a face that only a mother could love...maybe.

Now I know how all the 80 and 100 guys felt when they rolled out the 200 series. At least the 200 isn't that fugly.

Pic of the LC shows built in running boards like the LX...wish that wasn't the case, but I'm a fan of the LC.

In stock form from spec sheet still says approach break/over and departure angles are better then regular 200 so go figure :(

Here is one thing we are all missing! If it doesn't sell they will change it!!! The GX; when it had that giant predator front grill lasted I believe 1 year then the changed it. If no one buy this product it will change

All this talk and the New LX still sucks to look at.

Actually the GX sales improved alot in the US after they have it the fugly face. I think the updated LX looks way better than the GX.
