A bit of a mess? My grandpa always had one or two "extra" bolts left when he was done wrenching on his 1980 Moskvitch 2140. "What are those two bolts, grandpa? Oh, them are extra..." lol

No worries ! All good love to see that kind of photos. Nice work ! Moskwicz wolga, i know them all. Im 34 but when i was a kid they were everywhere. Not anymore. My father had red lada samara 2door what a ride back in the day !!!
Regarding the day.. it wasnt joy yesterday...
Salt heat water did it work thru the years. Backing plate literaly gone which is common on toyotas trucks. 2 fkin caliper bolts were stuck. Impact gun forget it, pb blaster and breaker bar helped but in result of that i broke these bolts heads went off rest stayed inside.. so what can u do. Drilling slowly ca 20mins each with diamond drill bits. After first bolt drillbit was shot. So new one and again 20mins on second one. Then hell began. Bolt extractor, torch and time for game.. end to end all proces took me 3hours... crazy seized bolts. Im not drinker at all i dont remember when i had shot of wodka last time maybe 3months ago but after that job me and my neighbour who is mechanic we decide we deserved anti coronavirus treatment
btw if i will find photo of his garage i will post it. He is wirking on camaro right now since 2months

I decided to replace hubs while everything is out. I dont want to go thru that again soon. And its quick. I could change hub assembly i think in 20mins when u have impact gun.
Also ordered sway bar links for front because isee rubber is broken in few spots so why not do it now. 17years old truck. Thats what it is
if not that bolts brakes could be done within 2 hours... now it will be few days since its little problematic to get backing plates.. i dont want to spend 80$ for each at stealership... cheapest i found them is 50$ which is better [piece] any other ideas ? Tacoma 4runner ? I already know part nr is
47782-35160
Good news is i insured gx today and i will visit dmv today too then inspection next week once brakes will be done.

looks very neat i like it. if You precut it your self you have good eye and skills 
I was thinking about that and to me that plate make no sense. It doesnt help unless that plate is made of steal and threaded where that bolt goes in. But its just me, i might be wrong.
I spend few hours today as gateway... main thing i stuck and cant move on because of that made of gold ( according to price ) rotor shields for front. so Im doing small stuff, still have two rims to paint and some other misc things but thats good. good to have a break
I have polished headlights but instead of that spray that comes with whole kit I used epoxy clear coat that i used on wheels. They wont get that haze. NEVER.
rear wiper with new arm replaced, it gave me some problem but rotary tool solved it in a moment. Great tool. 20$. already paid back it self.
Gx had one owner zero accidents at carfax but i discovered it had some light hit to rear left quater since looks like just sheel ( panel was replaced ) nothing else i couldnt find, under everything looks factory, and somebody replaced that panel between rear door under third row window ended below tailight, Im sure. welding was done at Jam probably poorly or it was looong time ago since it coroded on replaced panel where welding was. I dont have photo before but i started digging with grinder and thanks i did it. work in progress, nothing to hide. Its not colorful all the time. Bad things happen too

after 3 coats they look like new. I can recommend that meguiars kit but also buy that epoxy clear coat. thats best paint ive ever used
Nice patchwork! Lights looking fresh! I painted a bicycle using that same clear coat recently, was left very impressed.

Guys im oreparing my self for all diffs oil change. Do anybody have parts list regarding drianplugs bolts washers etc ? All i know i need ca 7liters of 75w90 but im also thinking about changing all drain bolts and revision bolts. If aomebody has list i would be thankful.
Yeaaah that epoxy is awsome. Hard as rock and in my opinion that paint level it self great. Im thinking about painting all wooden trims with some modern color and that epoxy on top

Yes, That 75W90 is fine. I've used it on my differentials and transfer case. You will likely need 4-5 bottles.
