Tomorrow I start a 2 week adventure in my 1997 FZJ80. Final destination is the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum in Salt Lake City, but for the most part we will be wondering around Utah. My wife is flying into Moab on Sunday.

Route will vary

I left jacksonville around 1pm and ended up staying at a random private campsite in the Talladega National Forest at a place called Parkland Retread.

I pulled up about 45 after dark and I was greeted by a big hairy viking in his birthday suite.

Yes, it is clothing optional! Not my style but whatever flips your hair back. Basically a commune that supports itself with campers.

The thought of sitting in any of those chairs………

Awesome, enjoy!! If you take I-70 back, don’t let all that power get away from you going up the CO mountain passes… 😂
