Got some time to enjoy the new suspension up in the mountains a bit.

Cruiser pulled tow duty from Camp Pendleton up to Twentynine Palms.

Weigh tickets say I had just over 3500lbs in the trailer, cruiser handled it easily aside from the 10mpg I got.

I am however, slightly disappointed in the 200 series A/C. 110 temps here and my A/C takes a while to get cold. The A/C in my troopy is better!

Did you turn on the rear air as well? Mine works impressively well.

Get your AC pressure tested and refilled. I recently did that on mine, and it was shockingly low. I want to say it had 0.7L refrigerant, while it should have had around (or even more than) 3L.

I'd previously set the AC to around 21C to be comfortable, and that was while air temps were around 24-25C. To properly cool down the LX I'd have to set the temps as low as they go.

After refill I'm freezing when the AC is set to 23C and it's 28-30C outside. This thing cools like a freezer now.

I agree, I topped off my 200 last year and it will run you out of it on triple digit days.

Also has dark ceramic tint. But cools 5x better than my tundra

Is your recirc door intact?

I’m in the same camp as these other guys… AC in these has been very impressive to me.

wasn't your HE in a front end collision? maybe it wasn't recharged/repaired properly. my AC at those temps have no problem getting you frozen

Yes it was. Will have it taken in an inspected!

I’m curious, what refrigerant type is your HE LC200? I thought all vehicles sold in the US (Around the 2020-2021 model years) had to swap over to the R1234-YF refrigerant type instead of the R134-A refrigerant.

If you open the hood and look at the yellow sticker, it should tell you the refrigerant type.

Data shows the new refrigerant (R1234-YF) cools at about 15-20% less thermal efficiency than the old R134-A.

Not sure if Toyota swapped over to the new refrigerant type in these last years of production. Or if they beefed up the cooling system to accommodate the lesser thermal efficiency.

I will absolutely get it checked! Thanks everyone

I don't think they put the new sticker on when my vehicle was repaired. Maybe someone else with a 2021 can post their yellow sticker under the hood.
