Just returned from the the annual Toyota Land Cruiser - Carolina Relic Run hosted by the fine members of Olde North State Cruisers.

Always a blast. Rained yesterday which resulted in some slick trails on east coast clay.

That is ****ing awesome!! I am so excited for you and also jealous

Doing some Rally Duty as sweep/recovery. The Toyota Hilux's won the day today. Being a World Rally Championship fan I think Seb could win it overall this week, but being a Toyota fan I also hope Nasser wins.

Ran Fins at Cruise Moab with @Romer today - thanks for the lead! Front bumper put in some work

Nice! Is there a build thread for this beaut? Seen a few snaps here and there but there's probably lots of awesomeness going on.

After grabbing some groceries this morning I decided to go check out the chicken corners trail. Ended up taking a wrong turn and found myself on Kane Creek trail. This group of Jeep folks absorbed me into their group and were immensely helpful in getting me through the more difficult obstacles. I did complete the trail with some unplanned clearance modifications ;)

Kane creek is no joke man! Well done

That damn rock near the beginning was always the scariest part for me. Over or around? Who knows! Either way is likely to put a dent in your sheetmetal.

That rock might the one that did most of the damage I sustained. Early in the trail I was trying to squeeze through a gap that’s apparently an inch or so narrower than the LC200. Both driver’s side tires were scrubbing against rock, then I heard a crunch and a scrape… by that point the damage was done to the passenger side so I figured I was committed to trying to finish. Luckily that jeep group had some excellent spotters and were willing to let me use them as a anchor point to get me up the larger waterfalls/steps. I wouldn’t have been able to finish the trail without their help.

Saw your post on Instagram!
I'd like to come out for this event next year. How is the camping organized? Are there preset spots that everyone stays at or is it a free for all to find your own place to camp?
So I am in Colorado. Are you coming here or are you thinking to Moab?
