Found these 20 "ers on FB Marketplace for $400 with 75% tread left on a set of Pirelli ATR 255/55's. It was time to swap out tires so I figured I'd go this route at the same time. I'll upgrade to 255/60's once these wear out. Enjoying the look!

Front hubs had to get drilled out with a hole saw as you can see in the photo.

Tundra 18s with 1.25" spacers...they stick out just a tad with 275/70/18

Love the look of your white J100! I just bought an white 2004 with gold trim. Where did you get your sliders? this is exactly what i want to do with mine.

Thanks. I recall reading some comments about the wheels being a direct fit so I assumed no spacers were needed. I guess I'll have to do a bit more research.

Also, given that the wheels are so much heavier, I wonder how badly that affects acceleration, stopping distance, etc... Assuming they're 20lbs heavier per wheel (just a guess... I could be way off), factoring in rotational mass, that's effectively 320 pounds that's being added.

When I weighed my 16” steel wheels compare to my alloy, the difference was about 7 lbs.

I have a stock 100 series and thinking of getting some 17x8.5 wheels.. What size should I buy?

Those 275/75/18? What paint did you use on the rear caps to match the powdercoat? Looks great!

Tires: 285/65/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers
The powercoater color matched the caps....now, if I could come up w/a solution for the FRONT CAPS that doent involve spacers....
Anyone know the size of the 'grease cap'.... may there's a 'flat cap" on the market that will fit

I thought I've read somewhere that there's a different wheel center cap that bubbles out that fits perfectly over the hub, I think one from and earlier model 100

I used a whole saw and cut just enough of the center cap to fit the dust cap through and spray painted the cap to match. Looks fine.

Is it safe to flatten the cap a bit? I’ve found a couple of sets of 20” tundra wheels that I’ can get. Either for $250.

I’ll try to retro fit my Lexus center cap on it vs trying to get spacers or flattening.
My best friend has a 99 LC with 20” tundra wheels and he has 1.25” spacers.

Btw I’ have a 2010 Tundra with 22”s that are nice and I’ll be selling some Steele oem Tundra 18”s with newer Michelin tires less than 3000 miles that I’ll sell shortly

Which wheel do you like for the LX470

Go for the spacers, larger cap, or flatten cap(if it’s safe) it’ll look cleaner

I like the second set, I've been seeing those around here lately as well, but I just recently happened upon some 2006 18" LX wheels instead.

My sister (who I’ got my LX 02’ from) has a 2007 now and like those rims!!! That’ would’ve been my first choice if there was a nice set available. I’ even have a new set of tires that’ll fit!

Is it safe to flatten the cap.... how to do it and how much should it be flattened
