Any pics of the kick outs? I am just worried they'll look weird...I still haven't committed to either! But I think I'll go with the full diamond.

They don’t look weird...unless you think sliders look weird in general. :)

Haha, I have the stock straight running boards. I mashed both sides on a recent off road trip, and am just looking to swap them out for something more substantial! Any type of slider would be better than what I currently have lol

If you ask me...sliders look so good they’re almost artsy-fartsy perty.... :hillbilly: I mean...B&W photos are automatically artsy-fartsy, right? Hehe Here are mine when they were new...

@Froggy365, Here's the best pictures I have of my BudBuilt Rock Sliders with kicker that show how far out a kicker is. I personally won't run a slider without a kicker anymore. I tried to go back to straight, but just went right back to a kicker. The fact that is saves my rear quarter panel, and is one heck of a great step up for my 3 year old and for me when putting stuff on my Front Runner rack is indispensable. But yes, they do stick out exactly 2" more than the straight portion and I feel that from a looks perspective, the straight sliders make the 200 more "streamline." I don't know if that makes sense, just me thinking how the 200 is already wide and bubbly, so wider and round kickers add to that "wide and bubbly" look a bit... maybe, kinda, well yeah. Dang, I'm tired. I feel like didn't explain that well at all. Anyway, I see you are in NC also, if you can just come by the shop and you can see mine in person. Rob

I'd love to check it out in person! Whereabouts are you located (you can PM me info if you want). Also, is that an ARB front bumper? I have a white rig, and I saw a few people got it painted white as well. I definitely want to upgrade my bumper too, but am undecided about white or black. Thanks for the information!

I'm new here and am loving the friendliness and helpfulness of the community!

Also, probably not the right spot for it, but I am also looking to add 3.5" or so. I ordered an icon stage 1 kit, with UCAs, but they add back ordered for about 2 months or so. That gives me some time to think about if I actually want to go ahead with those or not... I'm on-road about 99% of the time so I'd prefer a nice soft ride. I off road on the beach once in a while, so I'd want it to be rugged when it needs to be. What are your guys' thoughts? Thanks!

Hudson, NC. It’s in the blue ridge area out in the western part of the state. I work at BudBuilt as of recent so you can come see the operation also. I’d be more than happy to talk your build plans sometime. Separate of that I do the installs over here now and If you want to make an ARB a different color I can powder coat it whatever you want. But there’s positive and negative of everything and sometimes it’s just better to sit down and talk it out.

And welcome to mud. I never really liked forums and didn’t like all the hate that goes on them. But the 200 forum has been spectacular and I’ve made some amazing friends on here. A wealth of knowledge is a key stroke away.

If the budget can hold the icon resi’s w/cdcv youd be a happy camper. Youll have the ability with the turn of a dial to go from super firm to cadillac float

These exact ones, right? So I'd pair these with a set of UCAs as I plan to go to max lift. What rear springs would you suggest, as I'm assuming only the front ones are adjustable? Also, probably dumb question, but would I have to lift the truck to get to the firmness adjustment knob or is it easy to get to otherwise? Thanks!

Yeah I'd love to sometime soon! It's a little bit of a hike, about 4h away, but it would be worth it to get an ARB front and some sliders installed!

If you mean literally Max lift in front, just remember it gives away available down-travel of your lower control arms relative to frame when on the ground. Helpful to leave a little travel in fromt even if raked.
I see! So you'd probably suggest max less an inch or so?

You can go fronts only. The dial adjustments arent height -/+ limited. Those will Go 3.6” max. I cannot comment on springs for the rears with stock shocks. No experience there.

Definitely envious of the ease of adjustment. On my BP51’s it’s an arm-twisting crawl under the truck bc the adjustment tends to spin the whole strut in the rear. I recently watched @TRD Burglar hop out...quickly reach in and tweak all four of his setup...and hop back in in about one minute flat. Jealous.
Okay so you said "tweak all four" - if I get the two adjustables I linked to for the front shocks, what are the adjustables I need for the rears? Sorry, noob. =)

The on-road tweaks only adjust compression and rebound slowing.

Ride height is determined by spring choice in the rear, and preload on adjustable-preload coulovers in front, or spring selection.

The adjustments we’re talking about are for strut response. Not ride height.

OK... Back to sliders:

Oh okay! Do you by chance have a personal recommendation for the rear spring choice, or should I just find something by Icon made for the 200, allowing to match the same ride height as the front?
