1hdt injector o-ring Dimensions (1 Viewer)

I purchased a kit that included the copper washers but not the o-rings, and I'd rather not pay/wait for shipping from Australia to get them. Does anyone know the dimensions for the 1hdt injector o-rings? I heard Viton rings might be a good upgrade to what Toyota provides. Is there any truth to this?

O rings are only there to keep the water and debris out. I did the same thing you did but found a set that works at ACE hardware. Fit perfectly.

Good to know re: water and debris. I'll check it out. Hopefully they have something that won't react to diesel.

Well, in case anyone is curious, the correct-ish size is 18mm inside diameter x 2.5mm material width. And hopefully the viton will hold up better than the OEM rings.
