Yes but it has the typical torn leather. Would be a good core.

negative, super expensive part new and very hard to find used. make sure you get the right one as they were different between LX/LC and years

The old 1999 seats are killing my lower back (with only 120k miles on them), but for some reason the 2004 seats are the most comfortable seats I've ever driven in and they have nearly 190k miles. I think the seats in the 04 are wider, deeper and have better foam?
