When anyone negotiates anything in life don't be afraid to speak up. ...worst they can say is no than u move on....instead i was emailed a contract/agreement w personal banking info than the seller backs out. Yes he did contact me at 1130-12 while i was in bed sleeping but i thought we had a deal.
