While I wait on my OEM snorkel kit to arrive from Australia, I have been tinkering on the frame.

I had about five different bolts that had all been broken off into the frame by the PO. They were in various degrees of half-ass repair. Today I finished drilling them out and installing riv-nuts on everything. Three different shields - left and right taillights and my fuel filler shield.

Glad that’s over with. I find these types of repairs very tedious for some reason.
Dumbass here with a question. Why do riv-nuts as opposed to retapping to a larger thread size (or helicoil)? I came up on this same issue and opted to just go up a size on my tap set. Of course it's no longer an OEM thread size (o_O), but I hadn't considered doing a riv-nut.

There are lots of ways to perform the repair.

My tap set is kinda cheap and I didn’t have a helicoil. So I opted for drill and riv-nuts.

Yes, tedious, but rewarding when done.

Are those new oem bolts? if so, got a part # to share?

I'm not sure if this is the correct PN for the application, but OEM M6x16mm with fixed flat washer and split washer is 90080-11395. These are very handy to have around.

And M8x25mm with fixed flat washer PN 91631-40825

And as Will said, lots of really cool bolts etc at Overland Metric

Thanks, Joel! If I had factory A/C, I would abandon or plug that pressure sensor port and add an in-line sensor in a more convenient location. Crazy that it's in the evap box.

I purchased the entire evaporator assembly through PartSouq. Toyota PN is: 88510-60510. They're not cheap.

any chance you have the P/N for the pressure switch as well? Thanks in advance!

I’m afraid I do not. I used a generic trinary pressure switch on the aftermarket receiver dryer.

NSFW warning.... (i had to look up on urban dictionary)

I had a little free time this morning, so I pulled the truck out of the garage to take some better photos.

I wish I had such nice seats
Who has nice seats?

I would love a set of gray Scheel-Mann seats. But they’re just not in the budget right now.

cheers for that! Since my last post, I actually tracked down the culprit of my AC issues ... one of the wires to the pressure switch temp sensor was severed right at the base of the connection, where it plugs into the engine block, right in front of the injection pump. It's a short little bit of wire harness that luckily has connections on both ends so it will be easy to replace, just need to know a part # for it, which is proving to be tricky. Anyone happen to know? See attached pics for reference.
