Some of you might frown on this, but hey.
I enjoyed the two tone, but I wanted to differentiate from a lot of the LJ78's we have here that are the same colour. So I decided to respray the whole vehicle in OEM silver. Here is the progress....

Oh yes. Big yes from me. I have ZERO regrets about deleting the two-tone colour and going with the single silver all-over. Timeless OEM that looks sharp in my opinion.

Installing a new Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform today. For those interested, I wanted a super low slimline look, so opted for the 110mm legs and a 10mm spacer. Perfect in my view

New HDJ model grille fitted, with a VERY pricey Toyota emblem. Why is it the small stuff that costs the most. Just have to source the HDJ side light housings to 'fill' the gap.

ARB bar arrived today. I love these old 77's (well the 70 in general): so simple, a few bolts, old bumper off, slot the new one on, a few more bolts done.
