How do you know what they are? Even you admit that Rob always opens the hood for you ... :rimshot:

Sorry Charles, that was below me, but I need an easy shot today ;)

That was awesome.....:)

Rob showed them to me this morning.

Due to the large amount of prize money involved and the game rules, I have to be prudent with the clues. :)

Wait .... I think I got it.

Are those the rubber or plastic dohickeys inside the front turn signal lenses... I think I saw something like that when I was putting dielectric grease on the bulbs in my old 73 ...

Dude, that is NOT plastic.

I need new glasses ... Looks like I see rust, so it must be old steel beer cans hammered flat ....

Patina (also known as "character" in the world of metals)

So are they going to be painted or replaced?

The next time you see .... "SOUTHERN VEHICLE THEREFORE NO RUST" ..... Remember this photograph.
It's looked like this for about one week.

Did a 8 hour road trip today..... A nice drive through Southern Georgia Plantation country.
The good news:
The ole truck and 2H performed flawlessly.
After two hours of driving I was numb from the neck down so I know longer felt pain from the lack of legroom.
In 8 hours of driving I saw a ga-zillion Jeeps but not one 70 Series.

65mph .... Flat highway ..... 5PSi of boost / 600 degree. (Sorry for the blurry photo)
