That looks horrible Charles. I'd be more than willing to take it off your hands to save embarrassment on your drive home.
At my age few things embarrass me. :)

My, what a cute shovelette.:grinpimp:

To be clear, I'M NOT OFDENDED....
There are a lot of COOl things that end with the letters "ette" besides a shovelette.
Leatherette ..... The interior in my HJ75.
Chevette ..... Greatest vehicle Chevy ever made and the donor for Ward's engine.
Briquette ..... Creates great hamburgers and puts the stripes on steaks.
Statuette ..... When short people stand straight to make them appear taller. (I'm not mentioning names here)

Dan -
Just when we get him settled down, you go and wind him up again. And now he's sayin my 73 engine is from a Chevette....

Sorry Ward.

If I send you a special pail to go with his shovelette will you present it to him on my behalf at the meet?:grinpimp:

Does the special pail have a Toyota logo?

Happy to do so, Dan. Maybe we can find a suitable Tonka toy to complete the set.

:hmm:

His is a custom. ARB does make one and I have seen it on a 79 single cab.

I may have missed it: is that an off the shelf rack or custom? I might need one for my 79....
Virtually everything Rob does is a "custom" fabrication. That's kinda his thing.
I draw my ideas on a napkin, present it to Rob and as soon as I drive off, he throws the napkin in the trash and sets off to improve my idea which he does on a regular basis. :)

It's hard to tell from the photos but unlike many commercial roof racks this version isn't square or rectangle. The front portion is actually "bowed out" to accommodate an oversized tire and not interfere with the snorkel.

Assuming my ole truck can make it to North Alabama, I'll be able to provide supplemental lighting while a Onur gets the camp fire going. :)
