That design is certainly nicer than what I have in mind and if my truck was my daily driver I would seriously consider it. I have had several vintage Land Rovers with full canvas covers and even with "windows" it can be somewhat of a challenge operating a RHD vehicle in a LHD world. Only time will tell if I have made an error in my judgment.:D

Those little reversing cameras are as cheap as chips these days.
Those 75 series with heavy duty towbars do some damge when they hit the grill on little Korean cars cars:D

Do you have any more pics of the tan 79 series. I like that front bumper design and would like to see what they did on the rear one also. Getting ready to build some for my 79 and I'm trying to pirate ideas/designs.

Now that is an understatement. Little Korean cars (so-called compact cars) can be totaled with a heavy duty towbar. Ask me how I know...

Well recycled beer cans have to come from somewhere:D

well I checked out the links and I couldn't find any more pics on the website. I doubt that they make the bumpers in the US and then ship them to Malaysia. It would be cool if they did b/c that place is only 2 hours away from me and I could go check them out.

Speaking of bumpers what the hell is taking you so long to get your new one installed. Its only like 8 bolts.:D

I think you have it backwards they make those Korean cars out of recycled beer cans ...that's why they crush so easily.

Most bumpers here in Malaysia are locally fabricated or imported from Thailand. Any other bumpers are usually by companies such as ARB and are ordered in; costing a premium as compared to those just mentioned.

I am currently 4,000+ miles from home but I assure you the bumper is on the "to do" list as soon as I get home.:)

Where are you now ? Pilot.

just giving you a hard time. There are days I wish I had a real job so I didn't waste a bunch of time working on my own projects for free.

That "real job" allows me to hide the fact that I am a mechanical dufus by paying others to keep my Cruiser running.:D

Your "to do" list doesn't come to end. That's always a list to do one after another. To end the list, "sold off" will end it.

Sell it.....not going to happen. It is way to cool to let go.:)

I now have a rebuilt alternator that can actually keep up with the electrical demands and thanks to "beno...American Toyota" and his box of exhaust manifold gaskets the "flock of woodpeckers" have been removed from under the hood.:) Hopefully by early next week I will also have a fancy rear bumper ( courtesy of "swamprunner") so overall it has been a good week.:)

Looking for the appropriate dome light to fit this cutout. ( 12V / 2 Wire / 1985 HJ75 ).......Thanks

P/N is valid, 81240-90K02. See if Beno or one of the CDN dealers can get it.

Thanks for the part number but unfortunately "Beno" can not get the part. I am hoping someone will have one laying around they are willing to sell.
