I’m going to install OEM AC in my late model fj40. I plan to buy the proper Denso compressor but they come without the two manifolds. Do any of you guys know where I can obtain these? I don’t have a core.

You'll need to get them off of an old compressor. Search the part out threads.

The first pic is of an early 40 series ND compressor. Note the manifold orientation. The second pic of two compressors are from 60 series.
I think the 60 series will bolt up fine but not verified. You might need to adjust hose length and/or routing to fit though.
