this video shows the work that we have done up until now to give the vehicle its lines.Previously they had used bondo to give it its lines. We are taking it back to factory with the lines the correct way. This truck will be a work of art when are done.

What was going on in the upper corner of the fender? Dented? They don't usually rust there, eh?

Some are good. Some need work. The videos show things best. I want it to be real nice, but I’m not trying for “show car”, as I intend it to be “driven daily”.

Outside in a breeze works, or an evacuation “hood”, which is advisable anyway.
No, we didn’t use to use them at all.

Supposed to sand the galvanized coating off where the welding will occur. Much better welding, less toxic smoke.
