Thanks!

The hood and tailgate have been at the painter on his back burner for a month +. I finally got them on Friday. I took a quick photo. I'll get some more after it gets cleaned a little.

Oh yeah, forgot to ask...Does any know if the mirror arms on the soft top models were painted body color?

The 1973 dealer lit I have does not show the FST model very well.

It’s like looking at photos of the original advertisements. I am speechless and in awe.

You are now my hero for the rest of today!!!

Dan said you were unhappy with the hood hinges, doesn't look bad in the pics though. Looking good, are you driving it at all?

The hood had a overhang. I ended up taking the hood off, reinstalling it and then adjusting the aprons and bib a little. It all worked out in the end. I had a brain fart and was thinking that the new hinges varied from the old. A Doh! was in oder yesterday morning when I caught my mistake.

I have been doing a little driving in our neighborhood. I am supposed to have the new plates tomorrow. Along with that I have to get the paperwork into the appraiser. All should be good by the end of the week.

Are you coming out this weekend?

That sure is a shiney winch cable you have there.

I am still having nightmares about having to clean that dang thing. I never thought that the best way to get it clean was with a brass brush and kerosene. Oh and if anyone wants to follow in my footsteps it takes 5 brass brushes and 4 changes of kerosene in a large s/s dog dish to clean the 165 foot cable.
