Can you post a pic of the part you are looking for as well as some dimensions (ID, OD and length). I have a few transfer cases here for parts.Anyone know of a solution to replace a damaged bushing on a one piece 1966 transfer case? I can have one machined at a local shop but wondering if there are readily available parts?

I will see what I have here and let you know
Good point. My understanding is the shaft is easier to find than the bushing? I’ll have it removed by my machine shop to see how the shaft looks.Until you get the old bushing off the shaft, you won’t know if the shaft itself is galled beyond reuse.
I have several NOS low speed gears (assuming that’s the one you spun)

Here’s a clue. If you have to pay someone to remove it (vs coming off by hand) for sure the shaft is galled.Good point. My understanding is the shaft is easier to find than the bushing? I’ll have it removed by my machine shop to see how the shaft looks.
Well, at least the memory is still intact, not sure about anything elseHere’s a clue. If you have to pay someone to remove it (vs coming off by hand) for sure the shaft is galled.
