I have four project cars going right now and don't really have any build threads going for any of them so I thought I'd start this for my buddy Bob that's always asking for an update.
Long story short I was building a twin turbo 1963 GMC pickup for my wife that I sold before she got a chance to drive it so this will be about it's replacement pickup.

You've seen my little "T" with the Hilborn...

We'll I'm going to build a Hilborn EFI 8 stack for this pickup, Holley bought Hilborn and don't make the small block Chevy units anymore so I'm working on getting my poop together to build my own.

I'm still cleaning up some of the BS I didn't like.
Started with the exhaust, they made the rear pipes in some sort of pipe smasher and to get the back to back 90's they had the center section just about smashed closed so I cut it all out and bought some mandrel bent tubes to remake that section.

Then I needed to make some new stainless tips to go through the bed, this wasn't my first choice but they had already ran the tips here so I just went with it.

Looks better than the chunk of pipe they had poked in there.

Dumb question Stainless! I love Borlas kit with Turbo muffs always more than you need . Tig weld only please, tight joints no filler needed! Change it up Buddy, you can do a load better . Check these guys out Backbay customs.com Lot of good ideas. Cruiser guys too
