Well this mess of poorly labeled wiring and the 17" screen just showed up. No instructions, just a troubleshooting guide. Gotta admit, I'm a bit intimidated. I've had the dash apart more time than I'd like to admit getting the GROM VLINE working correctly, but this looks like a whole other ballgame.

Man you've got big stones

Were you ever able to get it installed? I'm having a shop trying to install this model on my 09 LC but there is no audio. Phoenix Automotive did a face time with the tech but they couldnt figure it out either.

Just Installed one in a 2008. Have the following issues-
No backup camera
Temp control buttons on vents not working
No Volume (had low volume issue prior to install)
Spent an hour on phone with tech support with no resolution. Supposed to hear back from them in 24-48 hours.

That sounds really frustrating and why I ultimately comprised on a VLine unit instead. Not nearly as "cool" but gave me CarPlay which improved functionaly and the experience 10-fold. Good luck!

I had similar issues and they had to send me an adapter box for the backup camera, They are use to the trucks in Australia. not sure about your other issues. If you had low volume with your previous stereo and no no volume maybe the fuse in the passenger kick panel or connector

I ended up sending the amp out for repair and that solved my sound issue. As far as the Phoenix unit goes, it's being returned this week. For the money they charge, it should function as advertised out of the box.
I'll be exploring some other options including the VLine.
