They are the same, part numbers match. @cruiserpatch I believe your website listing has the wrong part number listed for AHC RH

1. There are only two lengths of torsion bar on the 100 platform. 1160mm and 1210mm. You do not have to remove the bars to determine which of the two are under your vehicle (if longer than 1160mm then 1210mm).

2. Whoops! Changed from 48161-60030 (incorrect) to 48161-60040 (correct). Thanks for catching that

1160mm and 1210mm.....

I just had an interesting idea.... fabricate new, front, LCA mounts 50mm forward (1210-1160mm) and use the longer, 1210mm torsion bars. Would accommodate larger tires and more caster. 50mm sounds extreme but the SPC UCA's could probably adjusted in the forward direction an inch.

I need 27mm AHC Torsion bar in 1210mm Length to conpensate the 300kg extra weigth (equally distributed among the axles).

I sent this via email too but for others looking for 1210mm length I recommend reaching out to X-Sway directly.

They will cost more than I could sell them for but that’s the price of small batch orders.

If enough interest is ever generated I might consider an order of 10x sets of 1210mm in 27mm diameter

Am keen on 1210 27mm for my AHC equipped diesel

Has anyone got access to Toyota FAST and can they run 48161-60100 & 48162-60100 and 48161-60120 & 48162-60120 to determine part applicability for different models of our 100 series. The OEM part for us diesels with AHC 48162-60020 (1210mm x 25.5mm) is no longer available but apparently the part number 48162-60100 or perhaps the 48162-60120 might produce a 27mm (goldilocks spec) or perhaps a 29mm torsion bar in our required 1210 length.
Any assistance much appreciated

I'm going to make a run of 27mm AHC 1210mm torsion bars due to the increase in demand and the lack of availability.

ETA 3-4 months.

Opening the floor for pre-orders of the Cruiser Patch 27mm diesel torsion bars (1210mm long)

The more pre-orders I receive the better as it will decrease the cost for each set over time.
Expected 8-10 weeks from the time I place the order (I'll wait a few days to see if I get any orders).

These bars are the 1660 product SKU from X-Sway that will be turned down to 27mm for a flat fee (thus each set added decreases the cost per set).

They will be powder coated red. Spray paint them black if you prefer. I've tried having X-Sway powder coat them black and they almost always forget to do so then refund me for the color customization fee.

At $1300 USD per set I'm making a fairly slim margin on these but it's a service that the community needs and I seem to be the torsion bar guy as of late.
International customers can purchase and coordinate forwarding to a freight company if desired. My international shipping costs for these are fairly high as I need to ensure all tariffs and fees will be covered.

Presently I plan to order 5x sets but I'll increase that number if there's more demand.
