Aloha all, Love this forum, I’ve been reading a lot. First time posting; just acquired 1999 LX 470 w 190K this week and I’m gearing up for interior restoration. Interesting build—Mechanically solid with 2.5” OldManEmu lift and AHC removed but the interior is a disaster.

This vehicle is victim to the infamous leaking windshield. I’m looking for carpet kits and most US suppliers list kits for ‘99 LCs but not for LX…Can anyone confirm that floor plan/profiles are the same? I have DMd @dnp and @ Tupelo Honey

I have not located a source for LX specific kit. I look forward to documenting the process and the transformation. I’ll be gutting the interior. Any support, recommendations or queries are welcome. Huge thanks to all previous contributors!! I’ve gained a lot of knowledge here.

Wow, that’s great to know, thanks! —were you able to get a color match for your vehicle or did you have to choose from LC palette?

They have a color called Antelope that is very very close just slightly darker in a good way
