Did an earl change and rotate on Wills 100. Just drove to tractor supply. Not a single rattle. So damn comfortable these trucks.

$7000 purchase and about $10,000 in upgrade and service items over 3.5 years. Quite a deal

Unlike so many sales on BaT, something like this actually makes a little sense

Berkley had a dead battery Sunday. Jumped her battery and sent her to school.

Monday morning. Dead.

Tolleson had a Denso in stock and got me a new monster series 31 battery just to cover all bases.

Jerry and I (mostly Jerry) knocked it out. This one lasted 24 years

Bonus, I got to drive her to class

Last week Will lost PS on the way to school. I was behind him headed to town so I scooped him up and called a wrecker to take it to 49T

308,000 miles. He likes it. It drives great.

Let’s make a run to 400,000

Rob did T-Belt, brackets, hoses

New Rack and all hoses and such

CVS, Upper control arms….

I had put some 866 rear springs in it and airbags before I got the 200 to tow so they added ARB torsion bars with Dobinsons IMS shocks.

All in all I put $8200 into a $7000 truck because it’s still the best vehicle on earth.

Thanks Chris and Rob

What’s the report on the IMS shocks? Didn’t you previously have foam cell pro’s ( or am I making that up)?

Will’s 100 is in quite remarkable shape. You can tell it’s well used but is also kept up. This past trip to the spa you took car of most of the common high mileage 100 series problem areas in one swoop which should yield many years and miles of trouble free service. Now it’s time to get it dirty again to wear the new off of all the replacement parts. As always @wct49 and I appreciate the business.

Those are on my other 100.

The IMS is a fantastic shock. Quality. Very well tuned.

I removed what appeared to be 300k OEM shocks to make way for the IMS units.

Had my eye on IMS for next time around. FCP has been great all round shock me too but the valving could be better.

This LX470 is for sale in the classifieds. Probably will start an IH8MUD bidding war…🤮
