After 10 weeks of 200 series ownership I figured my man crush on the 100 series would fade somewhat or maybe even disappear.

Not so. These things, in my opinion, are the best overall Land Cruiser ever imported into the US.

Todd drove down with Miller to drop him at Ole Miss and grab his 70 series. He said his AC was leaking on his floor. I told him it was pretty normal. Both mine will drip in high humidity.

wasn’t expecting this lol

Yeah it was totally clogged. Leaves and s*** all in there. I bet a gallon came out and they said more than a gallon had already leaked out on the drive from Asheville
Damn it is pissing….drain clogged?

Need some help from you all...

99LC the charge light pops on and off while driving....no rhyme or reason. Mostly when foot on gas pedal sitting at lights it stops.

Still getting 13.6 - 13.9V on scan gauge and it is charging my battery (batteries) fine.

I am going to start trying to see if I have a loose connection somewhere but just wanted some ideas.

On the main battery there is the fuse block. ALT-S 7.5A Main 100Av ATL 140A J/B No2 100A

Would it be good to replace those fuses? Also don't know why but I don't have a Main 100A? Is that correct?

Also I have an aftermarket alt - Mechman 170A it has been great and it is 2 years old.

Thanks for insight.....Bomar

@Bomar…possible that the belt is slipping?

Mine did that for a few days and then the belt broke…

My buddy Tally Noah who some of y'all know graded this for his son. Tally owns Big 10 in pearl and several other locations. I expect this cruiser has found a good home and we will be seeing it around.

Hi all, got a quick question and figured this was the best place to post it. If I'm wrong please let me know. Are there any glass shops around north MS that know how to properly install a windshield in a 100 series? The local dealership wanted $900 for the windshield and had never installed one before. I'm in Tupelo but don't mind driving a bit to get one installed correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If it’s worth driving to Memphis, we’ve used Jack Morris with great success on a variety of vehicles. Have not sent them a 100 yet though.

Googled Jack Morris Glass. There seems to be three of them in memphis. I assume it's all owned by the same person, or is there one in particular that you use? Thanks

Granted, it's lower miles, but sales like this make me wonder if the lack of new Land Cruisers coming into the US might make the 100 series cruisers rise in popularity / value? Yeah, I know they're still importing the LX, but I think the price tag of those will run a lot of the car buying population off. Plus, as is evidenced by the considerably lower sales numbers of the 200 series - even though they are great trucks - they clearly weren't as popular.
