3/4" is right. They are not designed to sit level.

What rear springs did you order?

As for the front, it all comes down to droop. You have to have 2.75" of droop in the front.

Lift it as high as you want but that's your max.

Does it seem a little low in the front?
 
Torsion bars are marked and I lined them up with the flats on the torsion bar ends. 3/4" lift in the front with bolts turned in to the same as they came out.
