This is the kind of s*** that makes me crazy.

For some reason the rubber bushing has decided to weld itself to the shock shaft on axle since June.

I soaked it in Kroil and have this puller on tight. Hope it will break free without having to heat it up.

I screwed around forever trying not to have to undo the passenger rear upper shock bolt but once I got good and tired trying everything to compress the spring just a bit to get it in the bucket with the shock still attached I gave up.

Of course it would have been 1000% easier just to loosen the top once I realized the bottom was frozen.

It's up about 1-1.25" in the ass now from more or less level front to rear now.

I guess I will raise the front some. I hate to have to go get it aligned but I also can't really deal with this much stink bug.

Stuffs good. No rear bumpstops now at all.

Looks good.

How do you like the BFGs?

So far so good. They are wide so they may track some like my other 305's did. So far I have not seen it.

I'm 100% in love with the size though. I love wide tires on 100's and 33.5's are a perfect size.

Here is the spring comparison. You can see how 866's are progressive

The coils get more dense and thicker as they go down

Did you disconnect the sway bar?

helps to have 2 floor jacks for this job. one under the pumpkin and one pushing the axle up on the other side to compress the spring. those slee springs will keep you happier longer than you will keep that truck

Quick question about my 99 lx470.. Did a search couldn't really find anything. Kind of hard to search on my phone.. Here is goes.
Last couple times I filled up my gas tank, I have been getting a really bad gas odor. A lot worse then previously filling up. Also it isn't coming into the cabin of my rig.. Any ideas?!? Is it serious? Thanks in advance

Do you continue to fill once the pump shuts off automatically? Topping it off so to speak? This can cause problems with the charcoal canister on some vehicles. If so, try not doing so for a few tanks and see if it helps.
