Chef Lou got the 2006 LX with all the Slee goodies that was on Craigslist a few weeks ago.

Got a screaming deal on it. Less than value of a stock '06 with 100,000 miles IMO.

Slee front, Warn 9500, drop kit, OME heavy, Slee sliders and rear bumper.

Tires are clapped out. I think the front end is way way out of whack so Chris has some work to do.

He's likely going to get 295's like I have. He's leaning toward the Toyos like Bomar has.

Great looking truck. 90k service done. Happy he got it.

There are no spacers. The wheels are just wide. The tires are toast. I think the front is so out of whack there is no way to tell till all that is done.

Toyota dealer did the OME. It looks like they just capped it off.

In this size (he only drives in the city and wants big meats) I think the Toyo AT2 is the best looking tire.

Can you believe what these things cost new?

That is a good looking 100. And yeah, these new fangled TLCs aren't cheap.

My vote (if he is staying with 295s) is Goodyear Duratracs. Great on-road handling and very little noise.

On a slightly similar note, I am going to go to his restaurant for the first time this weekend. I am really looking forward to it.

Chris got the LX nicely sorted out. Raised the front a bit, trimmed the inner fenders and installed 295-70-18 Nitto TG2's

Louis says it drives perfect now. We are going to twist it up Sunday to see if the wider wheels still keep the tires in the fenders when they stuff
