Looks like the TBars are maxed out... Looks great - any down travel left?

Mine needs another cranking... Is definitely not as tall as yours.

What is the measurement from the lip to your center, or rim?

From 2nd page:

I did change my t-bars out.
Measurements fender well to the center of hub:

Left front = 22 1/2 in Right front = 22 1/2 in
Left rear = 22 3/4 in Right rear = 22 3/4 in

It looks dead even eyeballing it, but it is a quarter of an inch lower in the front...

I am waiting for front bumper and sliders to re-adjust t-bars.

Slee bumper looks very nice! Saving my pennies for the set. I remember a friend of mine who's dad had a lift on one bay and an oil change type basement in another... i think he was high up with Mack tools... anyways - your hundy looks great. Can't wait to see Mike's front bumper...

Thinking about putting some of that 3M grip tape, or paint on bedliner on the rear bumper top and ladder steps. Anyone got any experience, or better ideas for grip?

I've used skateboard grip tape for similar applications before. Grippy as heck and can take some abuse, but don't slip and slide on it...

I used 3M traction tape from home depot. have it on the inner half of the top of my sliders so when I've for shorts on it doesn't shred me. Also have it on my ARB for when I climb up it to get in the engine/on the roof. A ladder...pfft who needs those?

Hit me up too I'll be back out there in mid-may. Going to Moab, flying home for finals then coming back hah

WTF Loud?? Must be nice...:flipoff2: I want to go back to college and have no worries, but classes (& Cruisers & beer & girls...)

I'll definately let you know. I have had about 5-6 people wanting to meet up on the trip in different places. Would be cool to get a group ride together -
- Mini-Mudder meet in Co???????

I ended up with the 865's... wow, what a difference. Much better handling on the road, far more composed on the rough stuff and no more lazy body roll in the twisties. All that and the overall posture of the truck not only looks better proportioned with the 33's, but it also feels more "correct" from the driver's seat.

I have the 3M grippy stuff on the bottom of my metal toolbox and it does an amazing job of keeping it from sliding around in the back of my LC.

Top mounter, so have you taking a spirited jaunt up 6 and back? Mine's really floaty coming through there, hope removing AHC with those sport firm shocks will help.

Looking at the map, lookout mountain road looks really fun.

EDIT: Fun using gravity to my advantage, up would SUCK.

I went up Squaw Pass Rd. yesterday and you can definitely trail-brake it into the turn, apex and accelerate out with FAR more confidence and poise than with the stock suspension... another benefit is that you're not freaking out oncoming traffic by looking like you're about to tip over  My shocks were on the way out and I only have vague memories of how it handled with the stock Michelins, but I think the stock suspension has a hard time keeping up with the 33's and really isn't tuned for twisty 2-lane mountain roads.

Lookout Mtn. Rd. can be fun at night, but during the day there are a ton of slow moving tourists and fast moving bicycles (i.e. me). And 6 is pretty hit or miss, there are no passing lanes and lots of tour bus traffic, so more oft than not it's pretty slow going. And I think you'll find that you can drive much more confidently UP hill rather than down hill in a 5k#+ vehicle :steer: Especially once the brakes start to fade a bit

I saw his toyota going down the the road one day and I turned around to check it out but couldn't find it. Then I saw it again and came to this forum. Nick lives right down the street from me, which is cool. I'll definitely stay in touch and come up for the next ride.

So is 2000UZJ. He has come up before to ride, we should plan something. PM me.
