Brutal news: some %#*& hit me at a stop sign and jammed my bumper so hard it bent the frame. His insurance is calling it totaled. The body shop (reputable) said the frame was twisted in another spot. I am so disappointed, but not sure what to do- other than sell it and try to pry my '07 470...

I need help identifying what this peice/panel is called, and where I can buy it. Its where the side pieces of the front bumper bolt onto. The car was stolen, and the thieves rammed something with the bumper and it bent this piece back so the bumper sits crooked now.

Does anyone know how to remove the backup lens from the rear bumper? I need to replace mine and am worried the whole bumper may need to be removed. My passenger side backup lens is broken and needs to be replaced. Any hints, tips, tricks greatly appreciated!!
