Hello all. Came across a beautiful front bumper from a 1995 model- I'm hoping to use it to replace my 1994 model bumper. New bumper does have brackets that come with it. Can I make this work with no cutting/ new holes drilled?

I need help identifying what this peice/panel is called, and where I can buy it. Its where the side pieces of the front bumper bolt onto. The car was stolen, and the thieves rammed something with the bumper and it bent this piece back so the bumper sits crooked now.
