40 series

Trying to source the standard bolt that secures the tailgate chains. This is for a HJ47 with a tub but others may be the same. Any leads on this? It is a bolt with an oversize shank and a 1/2 thickness head.

Not too picky about the brand. Just looking for a rack and the mounting hardware. I'm in the Inland Empire of SoCal.
