Finally! I've had these things for two and a half months and four wheelin' trips and I finally have them installed! I haven't finished painting or cleaning up the welds but you get it. I think I am going to trim up the front part of the sliders in case I have any tire issues.

Those look NICE, especially with the bedliner on the lower body...time to find some stumps and get jumpin!

Those are nice, what did they set you back?

looks good

That's great-are the supports already notched? If so, I'm getting a set from Marlin on Monday.

I've just spent the last two days beefing up my 40 sliders.

Nice work Dylan!

Yes, they are notched. I just picked up some 1/4" flat stock for the 'load spreaders' or whatever.

They are not my favorite sliders for the 60 series but they will serve their purpose. I am saving for 'other' things ;)

Nice job, Dylan!

I think I'll go this route and put FC to work on the rear bumper.

Have you thought about adding a track bar?

Did you screw around with the angles at all, or just go with marlin's req's?

you'll like 'em for what they are! When you wanna go test them out? I didn't mess with the angles to much, I ended up at something like 23-27* I think. I think Marlin recomends 20*. Go with what you like the most.

Saweet!!!

So would you highly recommend these sliders for 60's?

20* from what?
I still got these sitting in the garage, but alas too many projects!

Those look really clean. Nice.

Tom:beer:

Dude I wish I could drop my rig off at FC's and have him call me when it's done. Trac bar is still on the list.

Yep, for the price I think they are good.

Picture welding the sliders on 'flat' as in parellel to the ground. Now, picture rotating the sliders up towards the body 20 degrees. HTH

Those look really clean. Nice.

Thanks man

We can wheel until our tires are bald in August before I go back to school! I don't think I will be able to wheel much in July, except for the PMC meet:cool:. Mondays and Tuesdays are my days off for now. . .
