On the way there
Dylan-I looked at the pictures again. Did you end up finding some FJ62 rear springs? Yours look like FJ62 springs already. The visable difference is the non-tapered leaf in #3 position in the pack.

They are stock fj60 springs with a short add a leaf that sucks ass. I have something planned for the rear soon. . . *cough* 63" chevys *cough*. I did order an aussie locker and ruff stuff cover for the rear though. . .

My sliders are 1 3/4 .120 wall DOM like those and they held up great at GSMTR for me, i would doubt those TG sliders would be any different.
They do look good, but wouldnt bolt on jobs be better? I mean what happends when they get hammered, bent busted etc etc. Youre going to have a hard time getting them off.
Again, not knocking Marlin. The guy is great. Its just that I think THIS design is superior in its functionality, and in its repair. See how the mount is the width of the frame. And see how the arm is traingular shaped. Both of these things will help prevent torque leverage movement of the slider up into the body.
Just a thought.
won't the u bolts stretch?
interesting rock lights.
got any pictures of that thing on the trail?
Not his truck. Thats pismo jims truck. He was just being pessimistic about someone else's truck again.
100% sure you could cut the sliders off before you could unbolt them...
